Strategi-IP Ventures, LLC's services are provided in a three (3) stage process.
First, the technologies that underlie and make up a candidate project are analyzed. Such analysis includes a thorough scientific, intellectual property, and market analysis of all technologies involved.
Second, once analyzed, if a project is determined to be suitable, Strategi-IP Ventures, LLC then delves into its extensive network. At that time, appropriate licensees, licensors, joint ventures, or collaborative research opportunities are identified that would be the best possible fit for the technology proposed for commercialization or further development.
Finally, once suitable targets are identified, Strategi-IP Ventures, LLC will present the potential collaborative relationships. Once one is chosen, a Letter of Intent is executed and Strategi-IP Ventures, LLC can then, in the capacity of experienced consultants, assist the intellectual property holder to negotiate and structure the most favorable terms possible.
