He is and has been actively involved in numerous regional, national, and international venture capital and commercialization projects. Mr. Hansson previously served as an advisor to the Minister of Industry of Sweden, responsible for questions relating to small and medium-sized businesses, aviation, aerospace, and mining. He also served as a Director of Business Finance for one of Sweden's largest banks, Föreningssparbanken (f/k/a Föreningsbanken). In government, Mr. Hansson served as a Member of the Swedish Parliament and prior to that as an advisor to the Swedish Prime Minister on energy related issues. Mr. Hansson maintains contacts in institutional and venture capital finance, government, research and development, academia, trade and professional organizations, incubators and research consortia, and with businesses of all sizes. Mr. Hansson possesses a combined degree in business law and business finance from Lund University in Lund, Sweden.
