 T. MICHAEL DAVIS has worked his entire career with European clients in the areas of trademark, copyright, licensing, IP and corporate litigation, and general corporate matters. Presently, Mr. Davis manages the law firm SCANDIA-GERMANIA-DAVIS, PLLC and is active in internationally-related IP matters. Before founding his own firm, he was an associate with the intellectual property law firm of Patterson, Thuente, Skaar & Christensen, P.A. Prior thereto, Mr. Davis was an Associate attorney with the New York offices of a Norwegian firm, based in Oslo, Norway (Føyen Advokatfirma DA) with an office in Stockholm, Sweden (Advokatfirman Foyen & Co.). He is admitted to practice in New York, Minnesota, and New Jersey and is a Board Member of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Norwegian-American Chamber of Commerce, and a Council Member of the International Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Davis possesses Bachelors Degrees in Scandinavian Languages and German, a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law.  JOHN F. DOLAN is presently a partner in the intellectual property department of the law firm of Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., a firm of nearly two hundred (200) attorneys. Fredrikson & Byron serves numerous Fortune 500 companies and has offices in London, England and Washington, D.C. The firm also maintains various affiliations throughout the world. Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., Mr. Dolan was an associate at the intellectual property law firm of Patterson, Thuente, Skaar & Christensen, P.A. Earlier, Mr. Dolan was a Patent Examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office where he examined chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology patents. Mr. Dolan possesses a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Hawaii, and before the United States Patent Office.  HÅKAN HANSSON is a consultant and president of Hällåkra Finanskonsult AB. He is and has been actively involved in numerous regional, national, and international venture capital and commercialization projects. Mr. Hansson previously served as an advisor to the Minister of Industry of Sweden, responsible for questions relating to small and medium-sized businesses, aviation, aerospace, and mining. He also served as a Director of Business Finance for one of Sweden's largest banks, Föreningssparbanken (f/k/a Föreningsbanken). In government, Mr. Hansson served as a Member of the Swedish Parliament and prior to that as an advisor to the Swedish Prime Minister on energy related issues. Mr. Hansson maintains contacts in institutional and venture capital finance, government, research and development, academia, trade and professional organizations, incubators and research consortia, and with businesses of all sizes. Mr. Hansson possesses a combined degree in business law and business finance from Lund University in Lund, Sweden.
